What we collect

• What you give us. Name, phone number, email address if you choose to give one, and whatever you write in a form or text message.
• What you save. Homes you mark as favourites are stored in your own browser. If you later send us a form, those saved homes are sent with it so we know what you are looking for.
• Basic technical information. Our host records ordinary server logs. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything about you.

Why we use it

To answer you, to show you properties, to carry out real estate services you ask for, and to keep the records Texas requires a licensed brokerage to keep. That is all.

Calls and text messages

If you give us a mobile number and agree, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is never a condition of receiving services. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or tell us and we will stop.

Who else sees it

We share information only with people who help us do the work you asked for, and only as much as they need:

• Our MLS and its data provider, for property information.
• Our website host and our own client management system.
• Title companies, lenders, inspectors, or co-operating brokers when a transaction you are part of requires it.
• Anyone we are legally required to give it to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent your contact details to advertisers.

Cookies

This site uses your browser's own storage to remember your saved homes and to keep the site working. Our host may set its own operational cookies. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved homes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Ask and we will act on it. If we must keep transaction records to meet a legal requirement, we will tell you which records and why.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

Information sent from this site travels over an encrypted connection and is kept in access-controlled systems. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
