Duck Brothers Real Estate wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

What we do

• Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced, not only coloured.
• Pages work with the keyboard alone, and the focus outline is left visible.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
• Text can be resized and the layout reflows without losing content.
• Animation respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
• Property results are real text, so assistive technology can read them.

Where we fall short

Property information comes from the MLS, and we do not control how every listing was entered. Photographs supplied by other brokerages may have no description. If a listing is unreadable to you, tell us the address and we will read it to you and send it in the format you prefer.

Standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference. We do not claim the site is perfect against it. Accessibility is reviewed as the site changes, and reported barriers are prioritised.
